CARD GAMES ON MOTORCYCLEEEES

Pokemon | Yugioh | Magic

My ass goes back a long way with trading cards. I picked my first Pokemon cards from a box my neighbor's brother was getting rid of in the early 2000s and was hooked from there. Please enjoy this shrine to my collection and later gambling addiction.

I may change out the featured cards from time to time with whatever I happen to be obsessed with at the moment. I'm also trying to figure out a fitting layout for an actual binder style image gallery view. I may add another section to feature other minor TCG (Digimon, Webkinz, Club Penguin) because I have those too for whatever reason.

POKEMON BINDER

Ahh Pokemon. I experienced the cards before the games and it permanently altered my brain chemistry. These things definitely make up the bulk of pretty much everything I've ever collected. A lot of them I've had for so long they're practically a part of me. Stupid shiny cardboard. I take in a lot of well-loved cards and many of mine can be classified as such to begin with, so what I find interesting might just look like trash. I don't actually play the TCG and have always just collected, but I could probably make a killer expanded deck.

I'm working on a sort of master set of Zoroark and LV.X cards, but I also collect every single Lucario, Luxray, Latias, and Latios card I can (why do they all start with L...). Within reason. Maybe. I'm unemployed right now so my acquisitions are currently limited.

YUGIOH BINDER

My main art style inspiration is and has been Yugioh since I started drawing humanoids. I love everything through 5Ds. Don't ask me what a link summon is. Ironically, I never really scrabbled to collect the cards like I did with Pokemon despite my love for the show and abridged series. This is also the first TCG I learned how to play properly.

My favorite archetypes are Stardust, Cyber Dragons, Red-Eyes Zombies, and Dragonmaids. I don't have an IRL deck unfortunately but I could cobble something together probably.

MAGIC BINDER

I didn't get into MTG until the tail end of 2024. Phyrexians are my thing, though. Pretty obvious. I made my own Commander deck and occasionally show up to Friday Night Magic at my local card shop, though I haven't been in months as of writing this. I need to go so much more.

My current main commander is Ixhel and people Do Not like me. I dissected my deck a while ago and haven't put anything back together, so when I do I think I can link my decklist here and finally go back to Friday Night Magic.
